Hospital Management software

Web based hospital management system and is the ultimate solution for managing single or multiple: Hospitals Diagnostic Centers Clinics Nursing Homes. Every essential part of the hospital has been included in the system. Different user groups can access this system. Admin can see the activities of others. Doctors can control patient information. Other groups such as nurses, accountants, receptionists, pharmacists and laborers have their own window from where they can control and work. Appointment, Schedule module helps both doctor and patient to manage their appointment information. There is a notice where the admin will post notices and other groups will see those notices on his wall. Admin can send SMS and bulk email to other groups from this system to inform them about other activities.

Modules

The system consists of modules like Doctor, Patient, Human Resource Management, Lab Report, SMS, Email, Report, Donor, Pharmacy, Appointment, Schedule, Settings, Profile etc.

Super Admin Dashboard

From the website any user can request for admission to the hospital. User will give all information and super admin will see that request and he can accept the request and activate that hospital.

Department

Department is a module through which user can create and store all department names and their details.
User can also edit and delete portfolios and their details.
Steps: Go to “Departments” in the side menu. It will display the department list.

Doctor

Doctor’s name can be listed in Doctor module. New doctors can be created by clicking on ‘add new’ button.

Patient

The patient’s name can be listed in the patient module.
Individual patient information can be edited, patient history can be viewed and payments can be made from the patient name table.

Schedule

From here doctors can set their schedule by weekdays and holidays by year.

Appointment

Get appointment of a doctor for current date or future date.

Human Resources

Human resources comprise with four different modules

Those are:

• Nurse,
• Pharmacist,
• Laboratorist,
• Accountant,
• Receptionist.

Medicine

List of Medicine:
Click “Medicine List” at the side menu.It will display List of medicines.

Add New Medicine:
Click “add new” button at the left top. A form will appear. Fill up the form and submit.
Or, click “Add Medicine” button at sidemenu Medicine->Add New Medicine.

Front end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

1. HTML: HTML is used to create and save web document. E.g. Notepad/Notepad++
2. CSS : (Cascading Style Sheets) Create attractive Layout
3. Bootstrap : responsive design mobile freindly site
4. JavaScript: it is a programming language, commonly use with web browsers.

Back end: PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter

2. MySQL: MySql is a database, widely used for accessing querying, updating, and managing data in databases.

 

Installation Steps

1. Download zip file and Unzip file on your local server.

2. Put this file inside “c:/wamp/www/” .

3. Database Configuration Open phpmyadmin Create Database named multihospital. Import database 
multihospital from downloaded folder(inside database)

4. Open Your browser put inside “http://localhost/multihospital/”
